Monarch brings like-minded people together who have a passion for personal development and are ready to embrace the beautiful crazy of working in events. A Monarch Management training course will provide real-life skills, using real-life examples to... real-life people. So much of what Monarch provides, centres around human connection and being able to influence behaviour through the power of events.

Our goal is for our royally good friends (you!) to leave feeling inspired, confident, connected and ready for anything.



Event Essentials

This 4 hour workshop is jam-packed so hold on to your crown. This workshop will guide you from your event idea to event delivery, mapping out the key steps and planning milestones. Included, will be tips on how to save money, how to pick the perfect venue and the perfect menu.

The workshop includes:

  • A comprehensive checklist and roadmap on how to plan a corporate function;

  • Establishing event goals and objectives;

  • Creating the event concept;

  • Budgeting;

  • Audio Visual;

  • Venue/site selection, design, and layout;

  • Selecting a speaker or MC;

  • Seating plans; and

  • Run sheets.

Participants will be provided with event templates and a workbook.

This workshop is designed for:

  • Corporate event professionals wanting to enhance their existing skills and knowledge base;

  • Busy professionals with roles that include event planning; 

  • Individuals looking to launch a career in events; and

  • Any individual or small business that runs corporate events and parties.

Monarch Management was founded by Perth-girl Monica Beazley.

Monica has a passion for fun, creative and well-organised events and has been involved in the industry for over 15 years.

Monica has delivered events across a range of industries including automotive, media, local government, local and elite sport.

From FIFA World Cup Qualifiers, to

ANZAC Day dawn services; formal awards ceremonies and everything in between, Monica has done it all.

It's her caring and inspiring nature that Mon brings to her workshops, helping to unearth the potential of all participants in her training; to provide confidence so they too can let their light sparkle.
