I didn't set out to become a leadership consultant. I set out to be really good at my job — and kept noticing the same thing wherever I went.

Talent was everywhere. Opportunity wasn't equally distributed. And the cultures that were supposed to bring out the best in people were often quietly doing the opposite.

After more than 20 years working inside professional sport, media, and high-performance environments — including time as a stadium announcer, broadcaster, and MC on some of the world's biggest stages — I'd seen what great leadership looked like up close. And what happened when it was missing.

So I built Monarch Management to do something about it.

Today, I work with sporting organisations and high-performance teams to build leadership cultures worth protecting — where leaders inspire, standards hold, and great people stay. I also work with individual leaders — particularly women navigating complex, male-dominated environments — who are ready to lead with more clarity, confidence, and impact.

My approach isn't theoretical. It's built from two decades of real-world experience, grounded in neuroscience, and delivered with the kind of warmth and directness that makes hard things feel genuinely possible.

I take my work seriously. Just never myself.

A little more about me:

I'm a mum, an ocean lover, and an unapologetic sports fan. I'll probably make you laugh before I make you think — and then you'll realise the thinking was happening all along. I've been the only woman in the room more times than I can count, which means I understand both sides of that experience deeply: what it costs, and what becomes possible when it changes.

I'm also one of Australia's most experienced international MCs — with credits including the 2026 Women's Asian Cup, the Paris 2024 Olympic Games and the 2023 FIFA Women'sWorld Cup.
